Summer is an amazing time...
SO many mindset coaching clients (mostly flutists) come to me and say:
"I have a recital in a few weeks. I need help with my mindset..."
Or
"I have an audition on Saturday. Any tips?"
Here's the thing...
This stuff takes TIME. You know how it has taken you YEARS of practice to get where you are flute-wise?
The same goes with a new mindset. It doesn't happen overnight, BUT you can learn the tools necessary to practice, that's what the summer studio is for!
When I was first sketching out ideas for this program, here's what I came up with:

-
A studio of 10 flutists (this is a hard limit)
-
A safe space to express concerns, ask questions, and show up as a full human-being
-
A place to practice believing in yourself while you're not dealing with the stress of school
-
A place where emotions aren't ignored, but embraced and processed.
-
A place where comparison won't be relevant (we'll address in the mindset workshop portions)
Sample Week:
Dates: 6/30/25 - 8/11/25 (Actual full schedule may differ, but all calls are recorded)
-
Studio Class (Performance Focus): Sundays at 11 AM Pacific
A space to perform, explore, and get supportive feedback. -
Mindset Class (New Theme Weekly): Mondays at 11 AM Pacific
A space to build the mental skills that support your artistry. -
Private Lesson (1 Hour): Scheduled individually to fit your schedule
-
Welcome Call: Monday, June 30 at 11 AM Pacific — to kick off our summer together

They’re not recorded automatically, but you’re welcome to record your own lesson.
Can I reschedule my private lesson?

You’ll have 2 scheduled sessions (around 2 hours total), plus your private lesson. Outside of that, how much you apply the material in your own practice is up to you.

Not at all. Some people will be, others won’t. This studio supports your individual goals — whether that’s performance, personal growth, or both.
